  • If your device displays an unexpected malfunction and/or you wish to report an incident, please send an email to service@drhoenle.de. You will be contacted promptly.
  • For all other emergencies, please send an email to medizin@drhoenle.de. You will also be contacted promptly.

General Procedures:

  • If you wish to place an order, please send your request by email to medizin@drhoenle.de. You will automatically receive an order confirmation and the corresponding delivery date from June 1, 2025.
  • If you have received a prescription from your attending physician, please send it by post to Zeppelinstr. 16a, 82205 Gilching. The process will be initiated from June 1, 2025, and the device will be sent to you automatically.
  • If you have received a rental reminder from us, please send a new prescription from your attending physician by post to Zeppelinstr. 16a, 82205 Gilching. The process will be initiated from June 1, 2025; the device does not need to be returned.
  • If you have received a payment reminder from us and have questions, please send an email to buchhaltung@drhoenle.de. You will be contacted promptly.
